How to grep a log file within a specific time period ?

awk -F'[: ]' '$2 >= 8 && $2 <= 22 { print }'

$2 should be replaced depending on how your line look like. For example, in case of line like:-

Oct 10 2016 15:04:30 Deducting credits for user xxx ...

$2 should be replaced with $1.

Teknik mudah bagaimana nak detect pelawat ke website kita sedang login ke website lain seperti FB, Gmail dll.

Menggunakan request ke favicon (sebab website besar seperti FB biasanya serve images daripada CDN menggunakan domain yang berlainan, jadi teknik ini tidak berkesan), kita boleh check sama ada response yang kita dapat adalah image atau HTML.

Jika image, maknanya user tersebut logged in, jika HTML maknanya user tersebut tidak logged in, sebab website tu redirect ke login page.
