Requirements :
1. Proven working experience in Android development
2. Experience with Android SDK
3. Able to build app from scratch
4. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
5. Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
6. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
7. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
8. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
9. Experience of automated test is an added advantage.
10. Good command of Bahasa & English.

Cara non-tipikal untuk dapat kerja dalam bidang IT (atau apa2 bidang pun sebenarnya) iaitu dengan pre-engagement dengan syarikat yang kita berminat utk memohon perkerjaan.

Zaman sekarang nak 'engage' dengan mana-mana syarikat relatifnya senang. Kebanyakkannya mempunyai media sosial masing-masing.

Melalui Linkedin kita dapat mengetahui siapa developer di situ. Langkah seterusnya adalah mencari peluang utk 'engage'. Jika syarikat tersebut mempunyai tech blog, itu adalah medan terbaik.

Kebiasaannya developer mereka akan berkongsi info-info teknikal atau masalah/solusi yang mereka hadapi seharian di situ. Gunakan peluang tersebut utk turut berkongsi idea atau pengalaman kita yang relevan.

Jangan spam, tapi tambah nilai mana yang sesuai. Dan sebelum 'engage', pastikan juga profile online kita tip-top.

Matlamat utama daripada engagement ini adalah, jika mereka ada kekosongan maka kita akan menjadi orang pertama mereka hubungi untuk ditawarkan pekerjaan, sebelum iklan kerja mereka keluarkan lagi !
