It will always remain a negative emotion. Nothing could justify fear. Fear snatches happiness, peace and most important our aliveness. When we fear, procrastination also comes in picture.
Here I can not tell you any magic way to overcome your fear. However would like to narrate a story which is still my source of inspiration in fighting fear.
Samarth guru ramdas was shivaji's guru. Once he said to shiva ji whenever you go for any expedition just remember maa bhavani ( goddess durga) is walking ahead of you. Just this simple belief made shiva ji victorious in many battles.
Maa bhavani was only in imagination of shiva ji. She wouldn't be walking ahead of him. But the single idea gave him courage. He knew that there was someone to protect him ie Mahishasur mardani
We fear coz we fear to lose. And it lives in our mind. Even if you are well prepared for anything, still fear would destroy it all. Fear doesn't come alone. It brings self doubt, less confidence, negativity, frustration with it self.
Don't feed your heart and mind these negative emotions.
Once I read in osho's magazine,
Always say YES YES YES...
It will bring positivity to you. I experimented on it too. And result was amazing.
Be it holy geeta, buddha , vivekanand ji.. all share same wisdom.. don't fear.
