Do you know that these questions are related to the projects that are conducted by AIESEC in UPM that promote Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)? 🧐 Sounds interesting right??

Answer these tricky yet informative questions to enhance your general knowledge! As the saying goes, wisdom is built upon knowledge! 💪

Ans: Influenza, commonly known as the flu, is an infectious disease caused by influenza viruses. It is not categorized as a disability.

Ans: The largest disability group in Malaysia is visually impaired. One in four adults in Malaysia experienced functional difficulties.

Ans: Attitudinal barriers are created by individuals who can only see the impairment and not the person with a disability. Eg: stereotyping, stigma, prejudice and discrimination.

Ans: 10% of the food that we throw out everyday can still be eaten. Malaysian dumps around 4046 tons of edible food daily, which can be used to feed the whole population of Sarawak 3 meals daily!

Ans: Over a third of all food produced 2.5 billion tons is lost or wasted each year. One-third of this occurs in the food production stage.

Ans: The answer is to show off. By donating food, we're feeding people, not landfills, supporting local communities, and saving all the resources that went into producing that food from going to waste.
