⚡️ Mark Seemann: LLMs speed up writing code, not how fast you actually learn
Seemann argues LLMs don't shorten the real bottleneck in learning programming -- how fast a human absorbs concepts -- and suggests asking LLMs only falsifiable, verifiable questions.

⚡️ NBomber 6.7.0 released
NBomber, the load-testing tool for .NET, has been updated to version 6.7.0. The highlights: a redesigned HTML report with a test-run summary, Summary/Charts/Thresholds tabs, and a more detailed thresholds table. Scenarios are now simpler to write, there's a separate load profile for warming up before the main test, plus tags for sessions and scenarios. Integrations with InfluxDB, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, and other systems export more metrics, and a bug that could cause nodes to hang on failures in cluster mode has been fixed.

⚡️ Microsoft unveils the Maia 300 architecture
Microsoft has for the first time detailed the design of Maia 300, its third-generation AI accelerator that will power Copilot, GitHub Copilot and Foundry. The chip is built from multiple chiplets on TSMC N2P, carries 288 GB of HBM4 memory and supports sub-3-bit precision formats. This architecture lets Microsoft's system handle more concurrent requests and run larger workloads, raising the overall capacity of the datacenter. While earlier Maia generations never fully replaced NVIDIA systems, Microsoft now plans to scale its Azure infrastructure on Maia 300 to several gigawatts starting in 2027, making the new chips the primary inference platform for the company's products and services.
