It will be interesting to see how they implement this.

At first glance it could pretty much block all those scam reply bots and kill them overnight because they probably won't be able to afford paying a fee for every bot account but also a lot of the news outlet and other automated apps will most likely disappear specially if the api fee is pricey.

The smaller apps will probably suffer so we will see how it goes I guess but I am 100% ready for twitter with less scam bots
