I first joined for Karate Classes in 1982...when i was in 11th STD....due to various circumstances I had to discontinue after becoming a Balk Belt in 1992...now I have joined again.. under Sensei DB Rai...who is also my Aikido Master...his knowledge in Martial Arts is steeped in 33 plus years of practice...so do join up for these classes and irrespective of your age, gender and work schedules, you will find that you have gradually become a better person... forever ❤️🙏
