THE HABIT👇🏽
I studied interviews, articles, autobiographies and found that the top performers in the world all do this one thing.
- it makes them more likely to achieve their goals
- they can out think and out perform 99% of people
- it creates consistent belief, confidence & mental strength
The habit: visualisation.
Visualisation is the process of creating images, environments and feelings in your mind before they happen. (Also known as mental rehearsal)
It works because the brain doesn’t know the difference between what is real or imagined.
So when you visualise your goals, processes, emotions etc you rewire the brain.
What alot of people don’t know is that there are 5 visualisation techniques:
- outcome
- process
- creative
- negative
- receptive
I’ve been practicing for 10 years myself and the results have been incredible.
It’s been a secret for way too long and what’s why I’m reaching it to people.
It’s the tool that can 10x your performance, confidence and focus.
