Ego triggers

Ego is the function of the mind,which itself is non-real. The mind through ego always strives to survive. Whenever an event,thing or a person triggers the ego,it immediate blames the other for suffering or pain and call the other person ( who triggered our ego ) as the egoistic, conveniently and safely ensuring its own existence. This way it only fools us ripping us ,of the opportunity to turn inward,to look within for what triggered us ,what is holding us back. We must always be thankful to people, situations which triggers us instead of blaming them as egoistic as this is the only way we are going to be aware of our inner reality. It's quitessential to understand our inner reality before we can change it. Wise one always look within while the unwise looks towards others.
