Build and flip: playbook
step 1, spot trends in app store
- Sensor tower an application that tell an estimate of the total revenue an app get per month
- if all apps make over $100k ARR within the same niche. it tells you the market is big and you have a chance too.
step 2, change and market to specific audience
- find the market gap where no looks at and act
step 3, make app single player
- something someone can do on their own without having to invite someone else
step 4, make it shareable or high retention
-High shareability can be achieved by allowing users to share content within the app, which drives new users to download it. An example includes sharing songs to engage friends.(depends highly on the product)
step 5, make the tech stack simple
-apptracker.com to see how quickly other apps have gone up in the app store. see if there's any changes in like the bios or the titles etc. which can obviously help with ASO.
step 6, promotion
-make the contents you make to promote the app something that confuse others and make them see the video again by doubting they really did see that on the video.
- you can use UGC(user-generated content) creators not influencer cuz this focus on distribution to generate brand awareness and drive while UHC focus strictly on producing content where brands buy these videos/photos to use as marketing assets on their own channels
step 7, sell
- micro acquire(currently acquire) is a great place to sell your online product
- posting on twitter as well works if you have the right audience
- When an investor or private equity firm wants to buy a business, the purchase price is often calculated as a multiple of EBITDA.

Another advice from this builder is "Always play games you can win and always have edge!" (idk we should take it or not.)

#EBITDA
To make it clear EBITDA stands for: Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization
- If your company generates $500,000 in annual EBITDA and is valued at a 3x EBITDA multiple, the estimated sale value of the business is $1.5 million.

I think we should have projects that we do solely without the help of AI. Just good projects which help us understand basic system architecture more with trial and error. Only coding with AI tools makes u feel dumb as some point. You dont know whats going on at all on ur project. So I believe its so necessary to have side projects that will improve ur knowledge more and put u at the same level with the tools u use. Otherwise, let alone coding, you will even forget basic syntax of the languages u use.

Vibecoding is good but except ur ideas ur not even important in ur own project. the thing is like when someone build a property, its valid for him to claim he built his home or apartment. Eventhough his using professional to build it. So it gon' be the same for us too.

first time I heard there is an app called WhatsApp was when one of my fam asked me to call him cuz he's abroad. I wouldn't know abt it otherwise in my early age. But its quite amazing we're the only Tg dominated country in africa.

I used to build roadmaps for myself, rush through them, might skip the fundamentals, and end up lost in TUTORIAL HELL.
Too many resources without structure actually KILLS your progress.
So, I built the exact thing I always needed:
A centralized, interactive manual taking you from COMPLETE BEGINNER → SENIOR FULLSTACK AI ENGINEER across 7 phases, with real projects at every phase .
Here is how it keeps you LOCKED IN:
STOP JUMPING AHEAD
➤ Topics unlock step-by-step as you complete each milestone.
TRACK UR PROGRESS
➤ GitHub login, saved progress, deep-work hours, and your own timeline.
ALL THE BEST RESOURCES IN ONE PLACE
➤ I brought together The Odin Project, Full Stack Open, Seefun's 90 day Backend Mastery, and Kidus's ML into one space.
➤ YouTube videos placed in each node
I built this for myself, but there's no reason to keep it to myself.
Whether u're a complete beginner or already deep into development, there's something here for u.
Share it with someone who might find it useful!
