Before bringing my MVP to the market, I plan to prove my product fits the MVS( minimum viable segment) from wat i thought is the dream market and went to talk three business owners.
- prior to building an MVP u must check, recheck and triple check ur value proposition with actual problem they face.
- doing research is a must before start building anything like going door to door or whatever just do more research in person
- put urself on the client shoes and see the value of ur product
- ur product should show visible value to close deals easily most sales people call it "instant gratification" that where the game is
- even if the value is not that visible if ur a great communicator or salesman u will sale it gn very great mehone gd new
- have a full idea of the market gap u think u see may be the gap is not that big
- pain point in the market doesnt directly translate to willingness to pay especially local clients want get everything for free or for cents
- product market fit is not the only thing to consider
- In ur research u must directly ask , how much are they willing to spend to solve their problem this tells whether to continue the project or to quit.
