Fr gn I have learned many things abt myself I wouldn't have known anything abt my real strengths and weakness if I didn't journal for that length of time. So hands on to myselfπŸ‘.
According to the audit I have dedicated 43% of the time fully, 30% was a full waste (imagine around 41 ken😭), around 20% uni class and exam dominated days mnamn 😐 and the rest 7% taken by many unexpected and uncontrolled events.
πŸ‘Œ2
I tried to pull out the main reasons for consecutive full waste days and I got three things I have to focus on.

1. Late night sleep which leads to late morning and emotional low points
2. Not doing exercise yhem another reason for unproductive days throughout challenge
3. Unstructured time with no external forcing, this one main mknyatu having no plan after post class or exam or travel or any unexpected occasions new. This one wont be that much an issue cuz its summer for now
4. Girls, solution would be α€α‰ αˆπŸ’¦ ( I have to make a real meet up with me, myself and I to reach somewhere ) then for sure one of me asks where ?πŸ˜†
5. Type of reward I was giving to myself after I did according to the plan leads to next day failure especially using social media main reason for late night as well
πŸ”₯2
Things I have accomplished were

1. From the project I built at least I secured to participate on next projects at UoPeople. My original plan was to be part of the internal team and get paid. But one other team surpasses us and secured that position I think. Now I have one more chance again to show off myself. let's see

2. Archdesign AI, for this projects I havent made any progress so far after my last post abt it. I planned new other potential projects with less expenses so I decided not take it seriously but I planned to complete it in my first two weeks of my 60 day plan. Just for portfolio I'm not gonna pay for ai tools for this projects.

3. The last 12 days after 138 journal was different until july 18. I was handling family businesses and I discovered new local market on the way. I made around 23 thousand birr which is amazing. This will help cover ai tool expenses and upwork connection costs.

This song will be my anthem from now on for this round🦾.

Woo, it's just me, myself and I
Solo ride until I die
'Cause I got me for life(yeah
Woo, I dont need a hand to hold
Even when the night is cold
I got that fire in my soul(uh)...πŸ§—β€β™‚πŸ§—
Daily note taken from starter story episode.

It is called validation playbook which saves you from not building the wrong things as a founder when you plan to build a new product.

step 1, define ur commitement metric
- set a clear date and customer goal
- find your products key usage metric

step 2, exhaust ur personal network
- try to see who u can reach out to. whoever relevant to ur ideal customer profile

- be sure ur validating ur product not looking for encouragement when you pitch your product to friends and families especially moms (mom test)

step 3, Build a quick mockups
- present a tangible product to users early(when it is something to be tested easily)

step 4, go where your users are active in
- do so much of cold mailing, cold calling

step 5. set that number
- set a number that gives u enough signal or confidence on ur product potential

Delusions😴

Is this only me or everyone thinks this way sometimes ?
I was inside a taxi passing by a gold store and i merely started thinking like i found a gold for free and i sold it for 3 million πŸ˜‚ then i bought everything i wish i had even i am now on my new home🀣 and suddenly im eating a great dinner. Then who do we call them the αˆ¨α‹³α‰΅ asked me αˆ‚αˆ³α‰₯ and just backed to the matrix,
I said dude hold on there is a long run waiting for u😭

🚍 Dandii is here β€” Addis Ababa's transit, finally on one map.

Back in 2018, I kept running into the same problem: there was no single place to answer a simple question β€” "Which route actually gets me there, and what does it cost?" Anbessa, Sheger, the minibus associations, the LRT β€” all real, all moving thousands of people every day, but scattered across memory, word of mouth, and guesswork.

I told myself I'd build the app for it one day. Today, that day arrived.

Dandii lets you:
πŸ”Ž Search any route across every Addis operator
πŸ—ΊοΈ See the trip on the map, stop by stop
πŸ’΅ Check the fare and the schedule
⭐ Save the routes you ride every day
✍️ Report a fare when it changes β€” riders keep the data honest, together

None of this would exist without open data. Dandii is built on the official Addis Ababa GTFS produced by World Resources Institute (WRI) Africa β€” the dataset that maps this whole network. I was part of the technical team that processed and analyzed the data behind that GTFS, so this launch is a way of giving back to the public.

πŸ™ A huge thank-you to WRI Africa for building β€” and keeping up to date β€” the transit data that makes a tool like this possible. Maintained open data is a public good, and it's the foundation Dandii stands on.

Try it, break it, tell me what's missing:

πŸš€ We’ve Been Working on Something Exciting

For the past few weeks, my co-founder and I have been building MyGodooβ€”a real estate marketplace designed to make finding property simple and convenient.

Whether you’re looking to buy a home, rent an apartment, or book a short stay, MyGodoo brings everything together in one place with a clean and easy-to-use experience.

This is just the beginning. We’re continuing to improve the platform, add new features, and expand the listings to create a better experience for everyone.

We’re excited to finally share what we’ve been building and can’t wait to show you what’s coming next.
