A while back I started trying something stupidly simple: after every focus session instead of scrolling I just... stared at a wall for a few minutes. No music no phone, nothing Sounds pointless but it genuinely helped me come back to work more focused and less scattered

The video above breaks down why staring at a wall can help your attention span.

So I built ClockStare to make actually doing it simple and easy: a focus timer that forces that same reset between sessions instead of letting you scroll through a break.

Try it here: https://clock-stare.vercel.app/

people underestimate how much damage consuming negativity can really do to your mind
Consuming negative content literally weighs into your decision making and your judgement
It happens subconsciously so it’s hard to actually identify it
Trust me, remove that negative stuff from your algorithms.

Your reality is your perception of the world, and if that outlook is negative, then you will only look for negative outcomes.
Consume positivity, think positively, and you will get positive outcomes.

Welcome to Livery🤩

i saw alot of developers struggle with design , welp

you dont have to worry about design anymore.

you can copy the design psychology , of the best cracked designers out there 🤩

and use that as a skill to improve yours.

ofcourse this wont replace the whole thing , but it can help you get started and put your foot on the ground of a good basement. ❤️

would love to read a blog post from you
My Thoughts on Vibe-coding — could be a bit harsh but I want you to swallow it well!

I present to you some narratives that I'm sure you're not aware of when it comes to vibe-coding to help you be more informed when you're working.

The header image is a picture from freshman year in AASTU, where I would spend most of my days in the library reading a lot of tech related books from morning to night. Very fun memories. Enjoy reading!

I checked how I spend my browser time. I did not like the answer.

44 hours in one week. Most of it went to Instagram.

I built a Chrome extension called Chroniq. It tracks time per site, automatically. Your data stays on your computer.

Seeing the number was step one. Step two was Nuzz. It blocks all distractions when I focus. Chroniq showed me the problem, and Nuzz helped me refocus.

Shoutout to Tech Nerd (@selfmadecoder), the creator of Nuzz.

so You probably don't know your number either.

Install Chroniq (not in the store yet):
1. Download and unzip: https://github.com/bekwizgobisa321-lgtm/chroniq/releases/latest
2. Open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode
3. Click Load unpacked, choose the folder
