Hey guysss....Currently, I’ve been trying to improve my English skills — especially speaking it and my Pronunciation.
So I started recording myself speaking English for 3 minutes non-stop.
No pauses. No switching languages. Just pure English.
After recording, I watch it again and write down my mistakes.
At first, it felt cringe.
I hated hearing my own voice.
I noticed so many mistakes.
But I kept going.
Today is Day 13… and it has been game-changing.
My speaking is getting better
If you try this, you’ll probably feel uncomfortable and cring at the beginning. That’s normal......

🚀 Introducing Dataset.ET
The future of AI should speak Ethiopian languages.
Today we are launching Dataset.ET — an open community initiative to build the largest dataset for Ethiopian languages.
Why this matters:
Most AI systems today barely understand Amharic, Afaan Oromo, Tigrinya, Somali, and many other Ethiopian languages. Without datasets, AI will ignore our languages.
Dataset.ET is changing that.
What we are building:
• Speech datasets
• Text datasets
• Community-validated language corpora
• Open infrastructure for Ethiopian AI
How you can help:
1️⃣ Record sentences using our Telegram bot
2️⃣ Validate recordings from other contributors
3️⃣ Help expand datasets for Ethiopian languages
No technical skills needed — just your voice and your language.

One thing I’ve learned lately: you can’t make everyone love you or be happy with you.
And don’t blindly follow advice, even from successful people if they don’t understand your path or have never walked anything close to it.
Don’t let anyone tell you what you can’t do. Most of the time, people are just projecting their own limitations when they give you advice.

Soooo .....
How you doing y’all?
Lately we’ve been cooking something as a team… and it’s finally starting to come together 👀
As all of us know, Ethiopia has been getting more and more into technology over the past few years, but a lot of companies still use outdated websites… and some don’t even have a website at all. Meanwhile, having a good online presence can help companies grow, reach more people, and become way more profitable.
So me and the team looked at that and thought… why not us?
Using the knowledge we’ve been learning through our projects and real-world experience, we decided to start building something bigger together as a team and as a company
We’ve been working aggressively these past weeks, barely sleeping fr 😭 and we’re almost done with our landing page and other stuffs.
Still a long way to go, but we’re excited for the journey and we’ll keep updating y’all as we grow ❤️
Any advice, support, or ideas are always appreciated. Much love 🫶

Introducing Telegram Search Engine 🎉
TSE is a telegram crawler you can build other projects on top of.
Out of the box it comes with:
✅ Channel discovery — keyword "phone" and it will search using that or give it a seed channel -> link-graph crawling (follows mentions, forwards) that snowballs seeds into thousands of channels
✅ AI analysis — a local LLM classifies every channel, writes a summary, no API keys.
✅ Real search — typo-tolerant, relevance-ranked search (Meilisearch)
✅ Quality scoring — channels ranked by activity, content quality, network influence (PageRank) & freshness
✅ Community graph — an interactive, Obsidian-style map of how channels reference each other.
🐳 Self-hosted & open source — one docker (Postgres + search + API + UI).
The live demo explores a frozen snapshot of tech-community channels as a proof of concept.
