The problem of missing IV entry points in messages with multiple links does exist. However, the proposed solution requires users to aim at the relatively tiny IV icon, which is unlikely to be usable. It's also more of an easter egg, because it's not obvious for a non-geek what tapping the icon would actually do (Pavel)
Suggested by @dotvhs, 'A different approach of previous work by @thedzko that tries to solve issues mentioned on the comment below, by Pavel.'

Suggested by @thedzko, 'Edit GIFs before sending them! No worries, with this, you don't have to go to your Saved messages, send the GIF, download it, then add the name of your friend on a gif that describes his behavior and the resend it! Basically you'll be able to edit them as a normal video.'

Suggested by @thedzko, 'I LOVE animated stickers, but I also love some static sticker packs too! So right now it's a little bit tedious (scrolling and scrolling) to discover new stickers other than the recent ones which are all animated, so, I propose this filter that will allow people searching through the Trending Panel to find static stickers more quickly.'

Suggested by @thedzko, 'Maybe this has happened to many of you: you are replying a message and remember some information that you would like to add to your text, and suddenly you realize that you have to delete all your text (or select > cut > paste) in order to be allowed to search messages again.

With this behavior (which Telegram X already does) you'll be able to make more actions while you are typing by tapping the 3 dot button, and not just opening the attach panel.'

Suggested by @Alonsogarcia, 'Include a scroll bar on the right side of the gallery section, allowing the user to quickly navigate through all the content. It could also be included in the files, music and contact list section.'

Suggested by @dotvhs, 'My issue with reminders is that I never know when is the right time for reminder to trigger. So I decided to combine the fact that Telegram knows when I'm online on each device with reminders to trigger when I'm in front of my PC.'

'We're introducing a new format of live messages in up-to-date 9:16 size. No more extra clicks!

Now you can record videos, zoom in and zoom out, switch camera from frontal to rear, lock your screen while recording without lifting your finger from the screen.

The neural network identifies the area that needs to be in focus (circle) for you, no need for extra taps. You can edit recorded videos on the spot, add a color correction, or paint something — all in all, a latter-day approach in exchanging messages on the familiar platform.'

Suggested by @edu918, 'Media files are now part and parcel of new Quiz 2.0, which makes them highly interactive. Moreover, Quiz 2.0 remains in media viewer mode.'
