On November 6, 2024, ORB City was designated as an investment warning asset by the Digital Asset Exchange Association (DAXA) member companies.
The reason cited for this designation was: “The issuer or operator of the virtual asset has made disclosures that were deemed insufficient on critical
matters that could significantly affect the value of the virtual asset.
Additionally, the actual existence and sustainability of the project are unclear, and there is no accessible community for asset holders to communicate,
leading to its designation as a warning asset.”

We are currently preparing explanatory materials to promptly address the concerns related to insufficient disclosures and to demonstrate the project’s
real viability and sustainability. Furthermore, to resolve the issue of the absence of a communication channel, we are working to reopen our community
channels immediately.

We acknowledge that our previous business model did not align with current trends, and our NFT-based land services have not achieved widespread
user interest or expansion. Recognizing the fast-paced digitalization of the travel industry, we have determined that innovative solutions integrating
AI and blockchain technology, such as travel insurance and travel AI, are essential.

In response to these trends, we are introducing AI-based travel recommendation services and a crypto travel insurance compensation system.
This project aims to personalize users’ travel experiences and automate insurance compensation in an innovative manner.

Crypto Travel Insurance Compensation Coin: The newly rebranded coin will play a crucial role in the travel insurance compensation system.
In cases of flight delays or cancellations, AI will automatically detect such events and issue real-time coin compensation.

Delivering a New User Experience: By integrating AI-based travel services and a crypto compensation system, we anticipate expanding
our user base beyond current members and significantly enhancing the user experience.
We aim to provide various integrated features within our platform, allowing more users to enjoy travel-related benefits.

Our first challenge under the DEROUT AI project is launching the crypto travel insurance service.

Our website and preparations for the insurance-related smart contracts are complete,
and we are diligently organizing all relevant materials to provide a comprehensive explanation.

Following its designation as a cautionary asset on November 6, 2024, we submitted detailed explanations to address their concerns.
However, DAXA concluded that the issues were not fully resolved and decided to terminate trading support for ORB.
