A Limerick Fianna Fáil councillor from Bangladesh has said he would like to see the people involved in the Dublin riots last Thursday shot in the head or publicly beaten until they are dead.
“Not even an animal does these kind of thing. It is very shameful and they should get public punishment.
“I’d like to see them shot in the head or bring the public in and beat them until they die,” Cllr Azad Talukder told Limerick Council members on Monday.
Talukder was celebrated in June of this year when he was voted in as Limerick’s first Muslim Cathaoirleach in what was called a 'historic moment'.

This is hate speech. This is not the calm respectful manner I expect a councillor conduct himself. His comments are inciting hate and encouraging and promoting violence. He has no place as a voice of the people. Expel him immediately.

Protesters in Rosslare have condemned a suspected arson attack on a forklift teleporter, valued at €80,000, at the site of the old Great Southern Hotel, reports the Sunday World.
The property, which has secured planning permission to be turned into a nursing home, is currently being developed as accommodation for asylum seekers.
The Department of Equality has stated that approximately 170 asylum-seekers are expected to arrive in Rosslare in the coming weeks. However, the hotel has the capacity to accommodate up to 400 individuals.
Locals have been objecting to the development for the past ten days with 2,000 out marching on Tuesday evening. They say the village is already at saturation point with 300 single male asylum seekers already being accommodated in the area.

Truth: We don't need any immigrants to sustain ourselves as a Nation. Also Working class wages would rise and rents decline if the immigrants left. Which would entice Irish abroad to return.
Lie 3: Someone can learn to become Irish.
Truth: Someone can only be called Irish if they are of Irish Ancestry.
If people remain afraid to say out loud that Leo Varadkar is not Irish. Then that will be the end of the Irish Nation.
