1、当年他的网上灵堂的网站也已经不存在了，因此也无法找到关于他的纪念文章或相关新闻。
2、微博不允许访问他早于2018年的博文（然而每年他生日当天微博还会替他发一条），而他是2016年走的，于是也无法拿当年的微博回复来证明。

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning on Feb 4 for Santa Clara County.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT PST TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following
counties, Alameda and Santa Clara.

* WHEN...Until midnight PST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1202 PM PST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 0.7 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

今天下午的第五次提审听证如期举行，嫌疑人再次缺席。

MS Team 和电话最开始大约有15分钟的时间没有任何信号，等到接通时似乎已经过去了。

陈的律师接受了采访，披露了以下一些信息：

1) 陈没有到现场这件事并未提前知会律师，律师是到现场才知道被放了鸽子。

2) 律师表示谁付的律师费属于private business，会面细节属于attorney-client privilege因此不予披露，但对记者关注谁付了钱表示理解。

3) 律师目前尚未获得陈的医疗记录，但正在进行相关作业。陈的精神状态目前据他所知还没有进行过评估，但所有刑事案件中这都会进行评估，本案亦不例外。

4) 律师见过陈的父亲，律师认为陈的父亲之前没有在法庭出现（律师认为他担心出现会被报道）。陈的父亲在美国呆了几天，但日前已经给律师写信声称自己已经回国。

5) 关于是否会以精神问题予以辩护，律师表示这是选项之一，但现在讨论这个问题为时尚早。

嫌疑人终于出院了，目前在圣克拉拉郡监狱在押。

今天的最新进展：嫌疑人出庭但未当庭plea。下次听证会将于4月19日在34号庭进行。

嫌疑人的律师和代表加州人民提起公诉的检察官均接受了采访。检察官方面表示希望在plea听证会上嫌疑人可以认罪并承担罪责，但如果嫌疑人拒绝认罪的话他会尽其所能说服陪审团作出有罪裁决。检察官拒绝回答了与嫌疑人健康状况（例如有人问及今天没有看到嫌疑人露出右左手）。

嫌疑人律师表示案情比较复杂，还需要更多时间进一步研究案情，并为被告尽量争取其合法权益。
