panic: running without device atpic requires a local APIC on UEFI systems
原因是没有更新EFI payload。
解法是进入loader，强行override掉ACPI禁用状态：
unset hint.acpi.0.disabled
boot
然后更新EFI payload。lists.freebsd.org
