你知道點擊應用程式列表中嘅「這張是尾單」,會讓我哋知道你不想再被委派訂單嗎?當你嘅工作時段結束時,請謹記點擊「這張是尾單」嘅勾選框!你當時嘅訂單就會成為你最後嘅訂單。喺送出此訂單後,你將不會自動被委派任何訂單,亦不需按拒絕訂單而影響你嘅接單率。

Did you know ticking the ‘Make this my last order’ box in the menu bar lets us know you don’t want to be offered any more orders? When your session is coming to an end or you want to log off and head home, remember to tick the ‘Make this my last order’ box in the menu bar! Doing this means you won’t be offered any more orders after you’ve delivered your current one, so you don’t need to reject any and affect your acceptance rate.

How are orders being assigned?

我地嘅訂單都經由電腦系统 - Frank進行派遣。佢會根據送餐專員嘅實時位置及到達餐廳嘅預計時間去自動分配訂單。因此訂單並不能手動委派予送餐專員。即時支援上嘅委派申請亦唔會向你派遣任何訂單。請耐心等候,並毋須因此聯絡即時支援團隊。

All orders are assigned through the system - Frank, which offers orders to riders based on their live location and estimated travel time to the restaurant. We are unable to manually assign orders to riders. Requesting orders through live chat will NOT result in an order being assigned to you. Please be patient when waiting for orders, and do not send order requests through Rider Live Chat.

If you come across large orders, do you know how to handle it?

If you're assigned order with more than 2 bags of items and could not complete it on your own, you can always contact our Live Support for help.

DO NOT only take part of the order items and leave the store without contacting and confirmation with our Live Support agents. Otherwise, your order delivery may be considered to be uncompleted, resulting in not being able to receive the order fee.

With the “Very Hot Weather Warning” ☀️ constantly being issued, all riders will need to be cautious of getting heat strokes. Remember to stay hydrated💧, wear breathable materials and rest in shaded areas when waiting for pick up.

最近酷熱天氣警告持續生效,大家都要記得補充足夠水份,記得可以喺戶戶小廚內使用水機。炎熱天氣下,手機電池都會消耗得比較快,所以帶多個後備電源會更有保障。等候訂單期間記得搵個陰涼地方休息,防止中暑嘅機會。如感到任何不適,你可暫時下線並找個陰涼地點休息,有需要請立即尋求協助。
With the “Very Hot Weather Warning” constantly being issued, all riders will need to be cautious of getting heat strokes. Remember to stay hydrated and that Deliveroo Editions Sites have water machines available for use. Your phone battery will also drain faster in hot weather, so a battery pack may be a good idea. Rest in shaded areas when waiting for pick up to prevent over heating. If you feel unwell, stop riding, find a fresh spot and seek for assistance if needed.
委任「替代人」須知🤜🏼🤛🏽

當你委任替代人時, 應尋找可信賴人士,而你作為帳戶持有人亦有責任確保該替代人必須符合與戶戶送合作的所有要求,包括但不限於:

▶️必須年滿18歲
▶️擁有合法的權利在香港工作
▶️未曾被戶戶送終止供應商服務協議

有見及此,我們的營運團隊會定期進行線上身份驗證及工作權利抽查。 當你收到上述抽查時,請記得遵從指定步驟。如你未能完成抽查,你的供應商協議有可能會被終止。

我們重申,你必須要好好管理你的替代人以及你的外送專員帳戶安全。如你的替代人有任何違約行為,戶戶送將保留與你終止供應商服務協議的權利。

Information to know when appointing substitutes 🤜🏼🤛🏽

When appointing a substitute, please only appoint relying acquaintances and make sure that he/she meets all of the requirements to work with Deliveroo, including but not limited to:

▶️Over 18 years of age
▶️Have the right to work in Hong Kong
▶️Do not have their own Supplier Agreement terminated by Deliveroo previously

With this in mind, our Rider Operations team regularly conducts virtual identity and right to work checks. Should you encounter any of these checks when you are delivering an order, please make sure to follow the designated steps. Failing to do these checks may result in your Supplier Agreement being terminated.

We want to emphasize that you have to manage your own substitute(s) and ensure that your rider account is safe and protected. If your substitute(s) violate and fail to comply with any policies, your agreement with Deliveroo will be terminated.
