If you're assigned order with more than 2 bags of items and could not complete it on your own, you can always contact our Live Support for help~
1. Contact Rider Support via in-app live chat
2. Care agent will provide a form to fill in, choose "large order requires additional rider" in the category of the support
3. Upload the picture of that order
4. They would help to find another rider to deliver part of that order.
5. Once it's confirmed with Live Support on the portion you will take away, you can continue with your delivery journey.

喺運送訂單時，請確保將保溫袋密封好先出發前往顧客位置，以阻擋外來污染及確保食物可保持喺最佳溫度。
最重要係避免將保溫袋放喺電單車腳踏位置，確保雙腳踏穩在腳踏板上。尤其係運送大訂單時，保溫袋阻擋腳踏位置對你同其他車輛都可能造成危險。
如果你的保溫袋尺寸並不符合安全標準及尺寸，請到戶戶送網上裝備商店自行購買。我們亦強烈建議電單車送餐專員使用尾箱嚟放置食物，確保個人及路面安全！
When delivering an order, apart from ensuring that the thermal bag is sealed properly before heading to the customer, to keep the food from outside elements and at the right temperature.
Most importantly, please ensure that the thermal bag is not place at the foot rest of your motorcycle, and that both of your feet is placed on the foot rest at all times during travel. Especially when delivering a large order, the thermal bag may take up the whole foot rest space, which can be unsafe for both you and other vehicles on the road.
If you do not have a thermal bag that meets our safety or size requirements, please purchase one from the Deliveroo Rider Kit Store. We also strongly recommend Motorcycle riders to use a tail box to place the thermal bag in, ensuring both you and others’ safety!
