How to delete your Telegram account immediately
1) Open your web browser.
2) Go to the Telegram Delete Account or Manage Apps page.
3) Enter the phone number you used to create your Telegram account. A code is sent to your devices that are logged in to the Telegram app.
4) Enter the confirmation code in the provided space on the login page.
5) Click the Sign In button. The Delete Your Account page explains the implications of your action and alternative measures.
6) Explain why you're deactivating your Telegram account in the Why are you leaving box.
7) Click Delete My Account. A dialog box appears asking you to confirm the deletion.
8) Select Yes, Delete My Account.
