What is happening right now with Bayer and Monsanto at the Supreme Court is the same story we have been telling about vaccines for twenty years, and it is playing out again in real time.

They are losing billions in lawsuits because their pesticides are causing non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. So instead of making a safer product, they are asking the government for liability protection. And our own Department of Justice is helping them make that case.

This is exactly what happened with vaccines. The manufacturers were losing money over death and injury. The government didn't say go back and fix it. They said we will protect you. And now an entire generation of children is living with the consequences of that decision, with no legal recourse for their families.

I trust Bobby Kennedy and the work he is doing, but we are watching complications inside this administration and I think people need to pay attention to this one. I can't imagine anyone walking down the street wants to give pesticide companies a free ride when their product is causing cancer and poisoning our children.

🩸Americans are refusing blood transfusions from vaccinated donors in large enough numbers that it is now causing clinical harm. People are experiencing deterioration and in some cases going into shock rather than accept standard blood supply inventory. At the same time, the Red Cross declared a severe blood shortage in January after supply dropped 35% in a single month.

Jeffrey Jaxen's reporting lays the institutional failure bare. A study from Dr. Peter McCullough raised the concern directly, noting that COVID injectable products are associated with an increased risk of stroke and that the persistence of product artifacts in the blood presents a possible threat to transfusion recipients from donors who suffered vaccine-induced thrombosis or thrombocytopenia.

The Biden administration hid the stroke risk data. Nobody added an optional checkbox to donation forms asking whether a donor had been vaccinated. The science that could have addressed this was never done, and now the consequences are showing up in emergency rooms.

A 62-year-old woman developed uncontrollable tonic-clonic seizures after three COVID vaccines. Her face drooped as if she had suffered a stroke. The first seizure lasted 14 hours. She was having six of them a week.

Dr. Tina Peers asked her to start augmented NAC on June 3rd. By June 7th, the seizures stopped completely and never returned.

The science behind it starts with the spike protein itself. It attaches to ACE2 receptors, triggers inflammation, and cannot be cleared by the body on its own. Standard NAC, a precursor to glutathione, showed some ability to weaken the spike protein's bonds under electron microscopy, but not enough.

Working with a quantum physicist, researchers developed an augmented version with significantly greater bioavailability that can enter the spike protein and break it into pieces small enough for the liver to process and the body to excrete through urine. They then developed a urine test to confirm that the clearing was actually happening.

Dr. Tina Peers joins the show to discuss what she has found and what it means for people still carrying the spike protein in their tissues.

‼️A grandmother spent five months in jail for a crime she did not commit, in a state she had never visited, after AI facial recognition technology wrongly linked her to bank fraud. It was her first time on a plane when police flew her a thousand miles to Fargo to face charges.

This is happening right now, and it is part of a much larger shift in how law enforcement is using AI to make decisions that destroy people's lives.

More to come...

Water doesn't get the same attention as oil or energy policy, but the pressure on the supply is just as real and the consequences of getting it wrong are harder to reverse.

Freshwater demand from AI infrastructure alone is already straining regional supplies. Fracking raises the same questions from a different angle. Whatever position someone holds on that energy source, the volume of water consumed and the contamination risk to surrounding aquifers and waterways are costs that fall on everyone else.

Energy decisions made in boardrooms have a way of showing up in everyone else's tap water.

Jefferey Jaxen reports on mounting concern over microplastics accumulating in the human body, as HHS Director @RobertFKennedyJr. announces a major new research effort to investigate the health implications of widespread plastic exposure.

From drinking water to the air we breathe, scientists are detecting microscopic plastic particles in places few expected to find them, raising new questions about how modern environmental contamination may be interacting with human biology.

At the same time, a new controversy is emerging around blood transfusions and COVID vaccination status, as some patients begin requesting blood donations exclusively from unvaccinated donors. Blood banks insist the supply remains safe, but the requests reflect a growing public conversation about what remains in the bloodstream after both environmental and pharmaceutical exposures.

As these two stories unfold, Jefferey examines why the question of what’s circulating in the human body today is becoming increasingly concerning for researchers, regulators, and the public alike.

The mainstream news coverage of measles outbreaks follows a familiar pattern. A handful of cases, a doctor warning about declining vaccination rates, and an immediate recommendation to get two doses of the MMR vaccine, which happens to be 97% effective. It reads like a pharmaceutical ad because, as Del points out, it functionally is one.

Understand the actual history of the measles vaccine program. The goal was never just personal protection. The goal set in the 1960s was eradication, the complete elimination of measles from the planet. That program has failed by its own stated measure, and virologists and immunologists warned at the time that pushing hard against such a contagious and historically mild virus carried its own risks. Sound familiar?

When seven cases of a rash in one state and eleven in another become a national news emergency, and the answer is always the same product from the same industry that funds 70% of those news stations' advertising, the question becomes who benefits from the framing?

For the first time, more Americans doubt vaccine safety than trust it.

A poll of 3,851 US adults conducted by Public First found that a plurality of Americans question vaccine safety, support reducing the number of vaccines administered, and believe that the right to decide what goes into your own body outweighs the goal of preventing disease transmission.

This is the actual state of public opinion, and it matters because politicians have been quietly telling each other that vaccines are too hot to touch heading into the midterms.

The data says the American public is already there. The mainstream is catching up to what people have been saying in private for years, and anyone reading the room honestly cannot ignore it anymore.

Researchers have found that every 10% increase in ultraprocessed food calorie intake during pregnancy is linked to an 11% higher risk of preterm birth and a 5% higher risk of high blood pressure disorders including preeclampsia, which are the leading causes of death and serious illness for mothers and newborns in the United States.

For decades, the government's own food pyramid was directing pregnant women toward the very foods now linked to these outcomes. Every administration in recent memory looked the other way while these dietary guidelines shaped what millions of American mothers ate during the most critical window of fetal development.

These findings should be at the center of every conversation about maternal and infant health in this country.

When a federal judge blocked changes to the ACIP committee and threw the panel into disarray, ICAN lead attorney @AaronSiri sent a letter to Secretary Kennedy the same week urging him to amend the charter directly. He did it within days.

The changes to the new charter are significant. The old version limited membership to experts in vaccination and vaccination policy. The new version opens the door to toxicologists, pediatric neurodevelopment specialists, and experts in recovery from serious vaccine injuries.

The word safety now appears significantly more times than in the original charter, and the new language explicitly calls for examining gaps in vaccine safety research and adverse effects following vaccination.

Most people assumed that kind of expertise was already in the room. It wasn't. And now that it is being added, the committee that recommends vaccines for every child in America will look fundamentally different at its next meeting.

All eyes are on what comes next.

Nowhere but in the pharmaceutical industry can you have a product that not only "sucks" but also harms the consumer...

The measles vaccine does not create sterilizing immunity. That means vaccinated individuals can still carry and transmit the measles virus without knowing it, and the antibody protection the vaccine does create wanes over time, leaving a significant portion of vaccinated children in a subclinical infected state where they feel fine and go to school while actively spreading the virus.

The unvaccinated child, by contrast, gets sick, shows symptoms, stays home, and recovers with lifetime immunity. The vaccinated child becomes an asymptomatic carrier with no idea they are infectious and no reason to isolate.

The framing that unvaccinated children are responsible for measles outbreaks ignores this entirely. Herd immunity through vaccination requires a sterilizing vaccine. This one does not sterilize. The science on this is not new and it is not disputed. The media just refuses to discuss it.

Senator @RonJohnson - who has been a hero for transparency surrounding the COVID shot - has nearly 11 million pages of documents proving what many have said for years.

The FDA hid the myocarditis signal. They hid the ischemic stroke signal in people over 65.

And now Johnson has uncovered something worse: Peter Marks, head of the FDA's vaccine division, was told on March 26th, 2021 that the algorithm used to analyze VAERS data was actively masking adverse events. He was told that using a different system had uncovered 49 examples of extreme masking, including 25 significant adverse events among them cardiac sudden death, Bell's palsy, and pulmonary infarction. He knew. They all knew.

The VAERS death chart tells the story without any sophisticated mathematics. For decades, vaccine-associated deaths ran at a few hundred per year. In 2021, that number crossed 20,000. For five years, the FDA looked at that chart and said they saw no signal. That was a lie, and Johnson is naming it as a cover-up that continues inside HHS, CDC, and FDA to this very day.

A formal report drops next week alongside a Senate hearing. Johnson demanded that the people involved in the cover-up be made available for interviews. Kennedy's response on the record: "You have my commitment."

Katie Couric sat down for coffee with an oncology fellow who had just told a 21-year-old college student with no family history that he had stage 4 colorectal cancer. Couric went public with her alarm. Seventeen cancers are rising in people under 50. She rattled off a list of possible causes: ultra-processed food, microplastics, forever chemicals, and antibiotic overprescription.

She ended with a raw question: "What the f is going on?"

Del and Jefferey Jaxen have a thought on what is missing from that list.

Every environmental factor Couric named has been present for roughly 40 years. None of them explain a sudden spike in young-onset cancer over the last two to three years. Something else happened recently, something experimental, something forced on the global population, and it is conspicuously absent from her investigation.

She is asking the right questions. But she's skipping over a category....

Researchers in Japan injected a common anaerobic bacteria into tumor-bearing mice and watched it navigate directly to the oxygen-starved tumor environment, colonize it, shrink it, and activate the immune system to destroy it, with no toxicity and no adverse effects on major organ systems.

A follow-up study tested a second bacterial strain, Ewingella americana, against colorectal cancer and found something even more striking. After treatment, all cured mice completely rejected a second introduction of tumor cells more than 60 days later. The immune system had learned, remembered, and refused to let the cancer return. The survival rate in the E. americana group was 100%. Standard chemotherapy and leading immunotherapy did not come close.

Jefferey Jaxen's report puts these findings in the context of a cancer establishment that has resisted precision and microbiome-based approaches for decades, and asks the questions MAHA leadership has so far avoided answering.

🚨This is IMPORTANT. The Farm Bill vote happening right now contains a provision that goes far beyond pesticide liability, and Dennis Kucinich came to the steps of the Supreme Court on Monday to make sure people understood what is actually at stake.

The Supreme Court heard arguments Monday on whether Bayer can be shielded from state-level failure-to-warn lawsuits. But as Kucinich explained, the justices are not being asked to decide whether glyphosate causes cancer. They are being asked to decide whether states retain their constitutional right to protect the health and safety of their own people.

The 10th Amendment reserved that power to the states when this country was founded. The Supremacy Clause preemption argument Bayer is making, backed by the Trump Justice Department, would strip it away.

The Farm Bill makes this worse. Removing the pesticide liability shield language, as some representatives fought to do, does not address the EATS Act provisions buried in the same bill, which would block states from setting agricultural standards stronger than the federal baseline, covering chemical use, animal welfare, and beyond.

The Rules Committee refused to allow a vote on removing those provisions. That leaves voting no on the entire Farm Bill as the only remaining path to protecting states' rights over their own land, their own farmers, and their own communities.

This is a constitutional moment.

On Monday, Representative Chellie Pingree stood on the steps of the Supreme Court and named what is actually happening in Congress right now.

Bayer has 53 lobbyists working Capitol Hill and is spending millions to jam a liability shield into the Farm Bill, language that would strip Americans of their right to sue when a product gives them cancer. Pingree fought to have it removed in committee.

Every single Republican and one Democrat voted to keep it in. Across the street from that rally, the House Rules Committee was deciding the same day whether the Pingree-Massie Protect Our Health Amendment would even be allowed a floor vote.

She has been an organic farmer in Maine since the 1970s and has been fighting this fight long before MAHA existed. Her message on Monday? No one can claim to support making America healthy again while voting to protect the companies spraying toxic chemicals on American farmland.

Cancer is not a partisan issue, and any Farm Bill that shields chemical companies over farm families is not pro-farmer, not pro-health, and not pro-America.

Bayer has the money. The people showed up Monday in Washington to make clear that is not enough.

I stood on the steps of the Supreme Court Monday .

Donald Trump has done real things for MAHA. I believe that. But when the Department of Justice shows up to defend Bayer and Monsanto against the American people, against the health of our children, I have to say: you got this one wrong.

Liability protection for corporations that poison people is not a conservative value. It is not a Republican value. It is not a Democratic value. It is not an American value. It is the opposite of a free market. It is the government putting its thumb on the scale for corporations that are losing in court because their products are causing cancer.

Every child in this country deserves to be healthy. That is not a political statement. That is the only statement that matters.

So in the words of the President himself: we are going to fight, fight.

The foundational paper behind the dominant Alzheimer's theory, the amyloid beta model that has directed over $1.6 billion in NIH funding, appears to have been based on fabricated research images. The model may be built on fraud. Amyloid beta still dominates research and drug development anyway.

Scientists who have pursued other explanations, including immune dysfunction and inflammation, say they have been systematically shut out of funding by what researchers themselves are calling the "amyloid mafia." This has been a protected theory surrounded by the people who profit from it, not science.

Meanwhile, a 2022 precision medicine study went almost entirely unnoticed. Alzheimer's patients were treated for nine months with personalized protocols targeting each individual's contributing factors. At three months, they improved. At six months, they kept improving. At nine months, they kept improving. Cognitive scores went up. That was supposed to be impossible. The medical consensus has been that Alzheimer's is a one-way road and the best anyone can do is slow the decline.

The summary of all of this is exactly right: being healthy makes you healthier. That should not be breaking news. The fact that it is tells you everything about how this disease has been managed.

In March 2021, the NIH began treating Brianne Dressen and 22 other severely COVID vaccine-injured individuals. They were seeing some results. Patients were slightly improving. And then those 23 people were told to stay silent and wait, that the agency would release a study so that other injured people could receive the same treatment.

That study was never released. The patients were treated, some with some success, and then quietly abandoned. Other injured people who needed that treatment never found out it was possible.

Brianne Dressen recorded her Zoom calls with Peter Marks. In December 2022, while the NIH had already been treating these patients for over a year, Marks was telling people on camera there was no safety signal, that stories about thousands of deaths were false, that adverse events were "generally rare and mild."

He knew these patients existed. His agency was treating them. He went on camera and told the public otherwise.

"...systematically concealing from the public the true risks involved with this vaccine in a way that not only misled patients, that not only misled parents, that not only endangered the lives of children, but had the net effects of lining the pockets of the biggest pharma companies in the world. That is a disgrace." - Josh Hawley

COVID was not bad for everyone. It was extraordinarily good for a handful of pharmaceutical companies that secured sweetheart government deals, offloaded their legal liability onto the public, collected billions, and are now sitting comfortably while injured patients are told the system has no remedy for them.

Rand Paul has been demanding accountability since 2024 when almost no one in government would join him. Last week he posted on X that lying to Congress is a felony, destroying federal records is a felony, and advising others to destroy federal records is a felony, and that Fauci did all three. His advisor was just indicted. Paul's message to the DOJ was direct: Fauci is next, and the deadline to prosecute is May 11th.
That deadline is days away.

David Morens, Anthony Fauci's senior advisor at NIAID, has been indicted by the Department of Justice. The charges include conspiracy against the United States, destruction and falsification of federal records, concealment of records, and aiding and abetting. If convicted on all counts, he faces up to 51 years in prison.

His own emails explain why. In 2021, at the height of the pandemic, Morens wrote to colleagues that he had learned from the NIAID FOIA coordinator how to make emails disappear before a search begins. He put that in writing in a system subject to FOIA requests. He is now indicted.

The aiding and abetting charge carries its own implication. If Morens was aiding and abetting, the question of who he was doing it for has an obvious answer... Rand Paul knows what it is.
