​Modern motion picture color negative films

Dehancer film profiles are created using a unique technology of original film sampling and inherit them color-contrast characteristics quite accurately. You can simply scroll the film profiles list until get the most interesting or desired result. Or you can arm yourself with knowledge of how physical films work and thereby make profile selection even more effective. First of all, it is necessary to understand for what lighting conditions films are created.

This article review the basic films that are produced and used nowadays. We are interested only in color negative films now, as they are the most often used in modern cinema. They are using both in the case of fully analogue process (hello, Tarantino) and for hybrid technology with scanning and digital post-production.
