In a fresh notice to Meta, the government has sought a detailed clarification on WhatsApp's "usernames" feature within three days. The rollout has been put on hold until official consultation is completed, sources confirmed.

One alias was also tied to the $292 million Kelp DAO exploit, and funds are now being chain-hopped through bridges into mixers like Wasabi.
