Love yourself enough to set boundaries. Your time and energy are precious. You get to choose how you use it. You teach people how to treat you by deciding what you will and wonโ€™t accept.

Karma is the concept that events happen in your life, whether good or bad, based on your previous actions or deeds. Good things happen to people who do good, bad things happen to people who do bad. ... So, basically, karma is pretty much the closest thing any one have in their every day life ...

THINGS CONFIDENT PEOPLE DONโ€™T SAY

1. โ€œIโ€™M SORRYโ€ฆโ€ (WHEN ITโ€™S NOT YOUR FAULT)

Itโ€™s essential that we show others respect โ€“ but we must first respect ourselves. Save the โ€œIโ€™m sorryโ€ and say something a bit more genuine and impactful.

โ€œThank you for your time,โ€ โ€œIโ€™ll let you get back to work,โ€ or โ€œI appreciate your helpโ€ will stick with someone โ€“ and youโ€™ll appear much more self-assured.

Setbacks are really just setting you back onto your path towards greatness. If we donโ€™t fail, we donโ€™t learn and grow. If everything was easy, weโ€™d never be able to realize how great we truly are.

No person is confident all of the time. All of us have said things that are less than truthful and negative.

Whatโ€™s important is that we make an effort to be more assertive, forthright, and positive individuals.

Making an honest effort to act with self-confidence in areas of your life where its necessary is
โ€“ by its very definition
โ€“ confidence and courage.

And for that, you should be very proud.

There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self.

THINGS CONFIDENT PEOPLE DON'T SAY .

2. โ€œYOU SEE, WHAT HAPPENED WASโ€ฆโ€

Unless the absolute truth is about to exit your lips, donโ€™t utter these words. โ€œYou see, what happened,โ€ or โ€œWhat happened wasโ€ are two well-known phrases of storytellers.

You know what? Forget this phrase altogether. If something happened that threw you off course, just come right out with it. Forget about prefacing the truth with something that sounds inherently untruthful.

Instead of sounding like youโ€™re hiding something, be confident with how you explain situations!
