Most importantly.. they're going to use this for (1) acquiring assets [will drive the price up.. ] and implement other strategies (implied in addition to the acquisitions) like ETFs and could include a 1x dividend ala Patrick Byrne's.

If they generate a squeeze, they still have +2Billion in SEPA shares they can exercise at any time (aka during a squeeze) to raise even MORE capital.
