I'm gonna have to say this is most likely true, and Trump refused to take intel briefings during his campaign and prior to inauguration. He is always many steps ahead for a reason, and has better sources. The PDB is what the DS/intel agencies use to manipulate the presidency by giving [their] narrative of world events.
