He was then taken to hospital where he "contracted covid" and died.

The fucktards at the facility should also face charges as well, they're supposed to be his caregivers, this is obviously a case where a trained social worker or someone better equipped to deal with the mans mental challenges would have been the safest option to help de-escalate the situation, it's their fucking jobs is it not? they could have just waited till the dude fell asleep, and monitored him to make sure he didn't hurt the only person he was probably capable of hurting... which was himself, wtf the facility should lose their licensing, the care workers especially, what a tragedy borne of a disregard for human life, disgusting!
