There was a deadly crash earlier today, involving a tourist van and pickup truck.

I’ve been looking at pictures and videos.

Anyone see anything strange or unusual in this video?

By the way…that’s supposed to be a medical helicopter.

Why are those people standing right in front of the smoke and fire for one.
