The Most Difficult Deeds Are Three:

β€’ To be generous when you have a little.
β€’ To fear Allah when you’re alone.
β€’ To speak the truth in front of someone you hope for (a worldly gain from), or fear.

β€” Imam Shafi’i, Tarikh Madinatu Dimshiq (v. 51, p. 411)

A Sudanese child recites the Qur'an through tears, begging for his life. A moment so raw it breaks the soul. This is not just suffering, it's silence screaming.

Speak for Sudan.

Strive in befriending those that are upon khayr (good).

That guides you when you deviate from the right path, pulls you back when you go astray, reminds you (of Allah) when you forget, and teaches you when you are ignorant.

[Ibn al-'Uthaymin Ψ±ΨΩ…Ω‡ Ψ§Ω„Ω„Ω‡, Sharh Sahih al-Bukhari, 1/62]

Do not disturb your heart seeking revenge. Allah is enough against those who lie, betray, and do wrong.

Even if you don’t expose them, they will reveal themselves. Allah will humble them without you lifting a finger. Their downfall is written by the same hands and mouth they used to harm others, and Allah never forgets.

"Whoever sees that his chest is not expanded (at peace), nor does he feel the sweetness of imaan, nor the light of guidance, then let him increase in repentance and seeking forgiveness.”

Dealing With Short Tempered People

When your companion becomes angry and says something that is unwarranted, you should not take it too hard. His situation is that of a drunken person who is not aware of what is taking place. Instead, be patient, even if it means only for a little while. If you reciprocate his words with harsh words of your own, you become like the sane person who seeks revenge on a madman, or the conscious person who seeks retribution from an unconscious one. Look at him with a merciful eye and pity him for his actions.

β€” Ibn al-JawzΔ«

"Oh there's nothing wrong with it, I'm not seeing her with any wrong intentions, she's just my friend."

When Allah commanded the Lowering of Gaze, The Purest of Men with the Purest of Intentions lowered their gaze in front of the most Modest and Dignified Women.

So what made you think you do not need to lower your gaze in these times of extreme fitnahs?!
