Do this arm position while standing and put your hands slightly above your hips
Feet around 2-3 feet apart, eyes closed
Breathe through your nose using the lowest part of your abdominals, hold breath, 3-6 seconds each time, try not to *think* of how long to do, just do
Blow air out ***completely*** with your mouth while sucking back in your gut as far back as you can go
Shift your focus from the insides of your brain and to above your head (You'll gain the ability to control/move your brain)
