Carnivore diet delivering results. A little over 3 months went from:

28 BMI to a 23.3 BMI.

Lost 32 LBS. @ HighSchool weight.

Size 36 waist now a loose 32 inch waist.

Starting to see a 4 Pack.

Sleep Apnea now gone.

Good night sleeps.

Never going back to breads and sugar.
