Rally in Clarksville, Tennessee on 10/10/26.

🚨 AWESOME! Based man in Tennessee: “Obama was more about what he could do to help his friends.”

“Trump is about what he can do to help the PEOPLE.”

🔥🔥🔥

These are voters the media is not picking up, by the way.

Trump rallies are driving turnout and it’s ALWAYS been Trump’s key factor

Everyone in every state needs to send a message! x.com/johnnymaga/sta…

🚨 HOLY SMOKES… Kid Rock just dropped the MOST POWERFUL message America has heard in YEARS!! 😱🙏🇺🇸
He’s DONE with the hate.
DONE with the division.
DONE with politics destroying lifelong friendships.
Kid Rock says he is ALL ABOUT second chances, forgiveness, and HEALING this broken country. 💔➡️❤️
He wanted to write songs you’d hear in CHURCH…
Then picture SATURDAY NIGHT REVIVALS in packed arenas and stadiums…
People singing, dancing, and celebrating their Lord and Savior with pure JOY. 🙌🔥🎸
His message to the entire country?
“Be cool.” 😎
Even better?
He just collaborated with a friend of almost 40 YEARS who completely disagrees with him politically…
And he still calls him family. 🤝❤️
His plea to the media:
Just report the FACTS.
We’re not stupid.
We can think for ourselves. 🧠💥
Faith. Forgiveness. A monster rock show.
This is the energy America NEEDS right now. 🇺🇸🔥
Who else is ready for this?? 👆

Former Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Acting Chair Caroline Pham said the Commodity Exchange Act already gives the agency jurisdiction over nearly everything except onions and movie box office receipts.
"There is very little that the CFTC's jurisdiction doesn't touch because the way that the Commodity Exchange Act is drafted, pretty much everything is a commodity except for onions and movie box office receipts," Pham, now chief legal officer and chief administrative officer at MoonPay, told The Block in an interview at Token2049 Singapore.
Following the failure of the Clarity Act last month, many industry figures have shifted their focus to agency rulemaking, though some continue to push for formal legislation. Pham said the CFTC's regulatory framework is sufficient, as it was designed to be principles-based and flexible enough to cover new types of commodities, citing AI compute as an example.
"Now people are looking at having AI compute markets and being able to put derivatives on AI compute," Pham said. "This is exactly what the CFTC's regulatory framework was designed to anticipate."
