WALL STREET'S BACKBONE JUST PICKED STELLAR.
@The_DTCC, the post-trade infrastructure that settles most of the U.S. securities market, announced today it will tokenize DTC-custodied assets on the @StellarOrg network.
This is the same DTCC that processes quadrillions (yes, quadrillions!!) in transactions a year and clears nearly every share, bond, and ETF traded in the United States. It isn't a crypto-curious newcomer.
It's the plumbing of American finance.
Their multi-chain strategy now includes Stellar by name, following an SEC No-Action Letter in December 2025.
The first wave of tokenized assets, including holdings from the Russell 1000 and major ETFs, is expected on Stellar in the first half of 2027.
The reasons Stellar was chosen are the same reasons it has been the network of choice for cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement: throughput, low fees, and an architecture built with compliance in mind from the start.
For LOBSTR users, this means one thing. When these assets go live on Stellar, the wallet you already use will hold them.
Wall Street is coming on-chain, and Stellar is ready for it. 🦞

Bear in mind that Securrency owns a patent that uses $XLM & $XRP for tokenising liquidity.
