Yesterday, SBI Japan CEO said that the Petrodollar System is dying and America needs to pass the Clarity Act immediately.
Their bank’s report also just disclosed that they have been “utilizing” XRP for international payments since 2021.
Today, U.S. Treasury Secretary, Scott Bessent, tweeted on alignment and support of U.S. and Japan for the new Japanese economy.
Also today, Japan also approved a law that overseas Stablecoin issuers can operate in Japan’s economy.

This comes after SBI Japan CEO Yoshitaka Kitao tweeted today that the Petrodollar system is dying and America needs to pass Clarity Act immediately.
Coincidentally, SBI report just disclosed that they have been using XRP for international payments since 2021 and has plans for launching XRP bonds and ETFs on Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Japan will also utilize “XRPL ecosystem and infrastructure.”

The reserve holds an estimated 328,372 BTC — roughly 1.6% of total global supply — accumulated through law enforcement seizures, including the Silk Road takedown, the 2022 Bitfinex hack recovery, and years of criminal forfeitures.
The executive order bars the Treasury from selling a single coin.

A government contractor named John Daghita allegedly stole more than $46 million in cryptocurrency from USMS custody accounts in late 2025, and the FBI arrested him in March 2026. A separate $24 million theft was traced to October 2024.

This order directs federal regulators to review and streamline rules to foster innovation and competition between fintech firms, cryptocurrency companies, and traditional banks. It mandates that agencies identify outdated guidelines and create measures to integrate digital assets and innovative technologies into traditional payment.
--Expanding Payment Access and Tightening Financial Oversight--
This order directs the Federal Reserve to evaluate how non-bank financial firms and uninsured depository institutions (such as crypto companies) are granted access to its wholesale payment systems and accounts (often called "master accounts"). Additionally, it tasks the Treasury with updating Bank Secrecy Act and customer-identification regulations to prevent exploitation by criminal networks and to guide financial institutions on serving undocumented individuals without overburdening banks.
