nahh, I remember when I was in high school, I was very self conscious about my looks and I removed all mirrors from my room and gave myself max 5 minutes when I get ready. At the time I didn't have the right tools/mindset to work on it so I removed it


what I'm trying to say is confidence is something you build. Give yourself evidences to show yourself that you actually did hard things. That helps. And on being authentic, you can't be anyone else so might as well be good at being you.
