Only a month away from my birthday so I'm trying to increase my stat about the books of this year


A lot of unfinished books and one thing for sure I won't beat my 18 year old self. She read 93 books, I'm not even close to that now.

so far the best way I fixed my procrastination is by starting another slightly bigger project and then procrastinate on that project using the original one.

so the issue i worked on has sparked a bigger discussion between the main people of the project. I mean i like the attention but also i feel like an imposter cause i forked their codebase 3 days ago for this hackathon and now me and claude are in a discussion for a major change

(removing duplicate dots from the figures turned into making circuit generation deterministic)

i sometimes think about in absolute life threatening scenario, i open an app and i get locked out by one of the limit i put up

one of the main ways my year at a2sv (g5) impacted me is that, somewhere along the way, i developed this sense that i will figure things out. all those failed contests, struggling to understand algorithms, and even taking a while to grasp recursion gave me the quiet confidence that i can work things out.

that helps a ton when most of the things i get exposed to in quantum are new to me. i know eventually, they won't be.

it's also a bonus when you're surrounded by some of the smartest people. i had the privilege of knowing and befriending some of them.

(i saw a lot of hashmaps today, and that triggered this.)

people say we will use quantum computers for playing video games or for sending email or when will i have one on my desk to do those things and I say to them would you use space shuttle to taxi people around the parking lot? It's not that you couldn't but that's not the point
