📢To All Health Professionals Standing in Solidarity, 

This is a critical moment in our shared struggle — a time that demands unity, clarity, and unwavering resolve. Let it be clearly stated: the full strike will continue with strength and determination throughout the coming week, unless an official announcement is made by the EHPM Board through its official and verified communication channels.

We are aware that there are individuals actively working to sabotage our unity and create confusion. These people, falsely claiming to represent the EHPM Board, are spreading misinformation — including false claims that the strike has ended. Do not listen to them. These actors have been given a mission to divide and disintegrate our movement.

Dear colleagues, we urge you to remain vigilant and follow only the directives issued by the EHPM Central Board, and only through its official channels.

Furthermore, we strongly call on chief residents who are pressuring and intimidating their fellow residents to return to work — cease these shameful and destructive actions immediately. You are undermining a national cause and betraying the collective sacrifice of thousands of your colleagues.

We also emphasize: do not participate in any institution-based meetings. Our demands are national in nature and must be addressed at the national level. Accepting local negotiations or discussions dilutes the strength of our cause and diverts attention from the systemic change we are fighting for. This is the time to be stronger and more unified than ever. We anticipate that our senior colleagues will soon join our movement — and we must continue to hold the line with the same determination that has brought us this far.

Returning to work without having our questions answered, and while our colleagues remain unjustly imprisoned, would jeopardize the struggle we have all sacrificed so much for. We began this journey united — and we must now be even more unified, more focused, and more committed to the vision we all share: a dignified, just, and well-supported healthcare system for all.

In unity, there is power. In perseverance, there is victory.

በአንድነት ለቆምን የጤና ባለሙያዎች በሙሉ፣

የጋራ ትግላችን ወሳኝ ወቅት ላይ ነው !  አንድነት፣ ግልፅነት እና የማይናወጥ ቁርጠኝነት የሚጠይቅበት ጊዜ ነው። ማሳሰቢያ  ሙሉ አድማው በሚቀጥለው ሳምንት ተጠናክሮ በቁርጠኝነት ይቀጥላል, ከዚህ የተለየ ውሳኔዎች ካሉ  በEHPM ቦርድ በኩል የሚኖሩ ከሆነ በንቅናቄው የተረጋገጡ የመገናኛ መንገዶች በኩል ብቻ  የምናሳውቅ ይሆናል።

አንድነታችንን ለማወክ እና  ግራ መጋባትን ለመፍጠር በተልዕኮ የሚሠሩ ግለሰቦች እንዳሉ ደርሰንበታል። እነዚህ ሰዎች የEHPM ቦርድን እንደሚወክሉ በመግለጽ የሐሰት መረጃዎችን በማሰራጨት ላይ ይገኛሉ ለምሳሌም  አድማው ተጠናቋል የሚል ሐሰተኛ መረጃን መንዛት ይገኝበታል። እነዚህ አካላት እንቅስቃሴያችንን የመከፋፈልና የመበታተን ተልዕኮ ተሰጥቷቸዋልና ከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ ማድረግ ሲገኙም ማጋለጥ ይገባል።

ክቡራን ባልደረቦቻችን፣ በመረጃዎች ንቁ እንድትሆኑ እና በ EHPM ማዕከላዊ ቦርድ የሚሰጠውን መመሪያ ብቻ በንቅናቄው በይፋዊ መገናኛ መንገዶች  እንድትከታተሉ በአፅንዖት እንጠይቃለን። በተጨማሪም በሌሎች ሬዚደንቶች ላይ ወደ ስራ እንዲመለሱ ግፊት እና ማስፈራሪያ የምታደርሱ ቺፍ ሬዚደንቶች ከእዚህ አሳፋሪ እና አፍራሽ ድርጊቶች በአስቸኳይ እንድትቆጠቡ አጥብቀን እንጠይቃለን።

ይህንን ሀገራዊ የሆነና በሺዎች የሚቆጠሩ የስራ ባልደረቦቻችሁ የጋራ መስዋእትነት እየከፈሉበት ያለውን የህልውና ጥያቄ  እያወካችሁ መሆኑንም ቆም ብላችሁ ልታስቡበት ይገባል፡፡ እንዲሁም በየትኛውም ተቋማዊ ስብሰባ ላይ ከመሳተፍ እንድትቆጠቡ ስንል እናሳስባለን። ጥያቄዎቻችን ሀገራዊ ይዘት ያላቸው ከመሆናቸው አንፃር መመለስ ያለባቸውም በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ ነው። በየተቋማት የሚደረግ ድርድር መቀበል የጉዳያችንን ጥንካሬ የሚያዳክም እና ለትኩረት ማስቀየሪያነት ይውላል፡ ፡

ከመቼውም ጊዜ በበለጠ ጥንካሬና  አንድነት የሚያስፈልግበት ጊዜ አሁን ነው። ሲኒየር ሀኪሞቻችን በቅርቡ ወደ ንቅናቄያችን እንደሚቀላቀሉ እንጠብቃለን እናም እስከዚህ ድረስ የደረስንበትን ቁርጠኝነት አጠናክረን መቀጠል አለብን፡፡ ባልደረቦቻችን እስር ቤት እየተንገላቱ እና ጥያቄዎቻችን ሳይመለሱ ወደ ስራ መመለስ ሁላችንም ብዙ መስዋዕትነት የከፈልንበትን ትግል አደጋ ላይ መጣል ነው።

ይህንን ጉዞ በአንድነት ጀመረናል አሁን የበለጠ አንድ መሆን ፣ የበለጠ ትኩረት  እና ሁላችንም ለምናጋራው ራዕይ የበለጠ ቁርጠኛ መሆን አለብን። አንድነት ኃይል ነው። በጽናት ማሸነፍ ይቻላል።
