Friday February 12-2021 Debo Engineering angels showed their innovative services and products in Jimma University exhibition at the presence of Oromia President excellence Ato Shimalis Abdisa ,president of the supreme Court, Wezaro Meaza Ashenafi , Jimma University president Dr Jemal Aba Fita, other higher official guests, Abba Gadaa and different religious representatives.
President Shimalis appreciated our innovative solution and they said this should be implemented soon and serve our society . In behalf Debo Engineering we like to say thank you for recognition and we will bravely serve our society paying all what it costs .

Debo Engineering, located in Jimma, is a software company founded by two young innovators, Boaz Berhanu and Jermia Bayisa. The organization works focused on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, ML, IOT, Image Processing, Big Data analysis, mobile computing, and any field related to engineering.

They have recently developed an algorithm that automatically detects and classifies plant disease through image detection and outlines the steps that needs to be taken after the disease has been identified.

By using this technology farmers can monitor their farm lands via mobile application which is functional in four local languages.
