Captain (Top-Tier)
Requirements:
Onboard 50+ users OR host community events
Hold 5,000+ USX or eUSX (or demonstrate significant contribution)
Apply for promotion (team review)
Captains lead regional or topic-specific communities. You'll organize meetups, hackathons, or Spaces, support protocol integrations, provide strategic feedback, and represent Solstice at events.
You get everything from Navigator, plus an enhanced Flares multiplier and USX/eUSX stipends for events and content. You also get direct team access, early product access, personalized gear, and consideration for paid roles. SLX rewards at 18x base allocation. Yes, 18x.
SLX Allocation
The new ambassador program allocates 0.5% of total SLX supply over three months. February gets 20% of the pool (0.10% of total supply), March gets 30% (0.15%), and April gets 50% (0.25%).
Higher tiers receive larger shares. Explorers get 1x weight (~24% of pool), Navigators get 4x (~32%), and Captains get 18x (~44%). Each tier's monthly allocation is split equally among its members.

How to Apply
You'll need your 𝕏 or LinkedIn handle, Telegram username, Solana wallet address for holdings verification, and a brief note on your previous content or community work.
Moving from Explorer to Navigator to Captain requires meeting tier requirements, submitting a promotion application, and team approval. Promotions are reviewed on a rolling basis. Quality over quantity.
