An invitation to join me in London next Saturday 21st June from 12 noon for a special Meditate Peace Solstice Event

I hope you're all doing ok.

As many of you may know, I started out on a personal journey with Meditate Peace last year.

Meditate Peace came to me as a download during a residential Vipassana meditation course in April last year. I then launched my website on the actual day of the solstice one year ago.

I've been on a very deep personal journey with this initiative and I've tried to capture how that's shaped up for me so far within the blog section on that website. Please check it out 🙂

Essentially I discovered by personal experience that the manifestation of peace in each of our outside personal realities is born out of the nature of the energy behind the intention that powers our thoughts, words, and deeds. If there's Peace energy behind those, then peace is what we experience within the mirror of our lived experience.

I discovered just how much war I had going on inside - just about every thing I did was energised by fight. Even my growing carrots was an act of war! (powered by a two fingers to the food system!).

We are being programmed to react in fight mode in order to manifest more war in the world. We're being used, but I digress.

To mark the one year anniversary of Meditate Peace, I will be meditating peace for three one hour blocks (with breaks in between) from 12 noon at the Global Peace Pagoda in Battersea Park London.

If you'd like to join me, you'd be most welcome! You can turn up at any point and do as little or as much as you'd like.

I will be meditating cross legged on a cushion laid onto a yoga mat. But feel free to bring a camp chair.

I aim to be on my way home by about 4pm.
