🏊‍♂️ Swimming training at the Dynamo swimming pool for BSMU students! 🌊

As part of the Physical Education and Sports discipline, additional swimming classes will be held in June. This is a great opportunity to master basic swimming skills and first aid on the water!

What you will learn in the classes:

✅Ability to stay afloat
✅Classic swimming
✅Freestyle swimming
✅Backstroke
✅Rescuing a drowning person and first aid
✅Rules of conduct on the water during muscle cramps.
The classes will be held under the guidance of qualified trainers.🏊🏻‍♀️

Why is this important for medical students:✅❗❗❗

💥Frequency of water accidents: Increased access to water bodies increases the likelihood of accidents. Knowledge of first aid will help you respond quickly in emergency situations.

💥Ability to save lives: The ability to perform resuscitation can significantly increase the chances of survival of the victim.

💥Preparation for professional activity: Doctors often face the need to provide first aid.

💥Confidence and competence: Knowledge of first aid will help you act quickly and effectively in emergency situations.

📍 Address: Ufa, Karl Marx St., 2A, Dynamo Stadium.
🗓 Days of classes: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
🕒 Start of swims: 8:45; 13:00; 17:00.

Basic safety rules:❗❗❗

✅Swim only in equipped areas.
✅Warm up before entering the water.
✅Do not drink alcohol before swimming.

What you should not do:🙅🏻‍♂️❗❗❗

✅Swim in unequipped areas.
✅Swim beyond the restricted area.
✅Swimming close to nearby vessels.
✅Swimming on inflatable mattresses without supervision.
✅Drinking alcohol before and while in the water.

REMINDER for pool visitors:❗❗❗

You must have with you:🔥🏊🏻‍♀️

✅A bag for a change of shoes, a second pair of shoes (flip-flops).
✅Swimming trunks/swimsuit, swimming cap.
✅Shampoo, soap/shower gel, washcloth, towel.
✅Before entering the pool, be sure to take a shower with soap.

🌟 BSMU at Kitap-Bayram 2025 — A Day of Language, Culture & Learning

On June 1, Bashkir State Medical University brought vibrant energy to the Kitap-Bayram International Book Fair with an exciting lineup of master classes that celebrated language and culture.

🌍 Visitors had the unique opportunity to learn Italian, Arabic, Turkish, French, Hindi, and more — all taught by native speakers and foreign students, creating an immersive and engaging experience.

Alongside language learning, attendees enjoyed cultural activities like games, face painting, and mehendi, making the day fun and interactive for all ages.

Of course, the event also featured exhibitions like “Works of BSMU Staff” and health-themed activities, but the master classes truly stood out as a bridge connecting cultures and fostering international friendship.
