የድሬዳዋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ መምህራን እና አስተዳደር ሰራተኞች በ2017 በጀት ዓመት እቅድ አፈጻጸም እና በ 2018 በጀት ዓመት እቅድ ዙሪያ ሰፊ ውይይት አደረጉ። በውይይቱ የተቋሙ አጠቃላይ የስራ አፈጻጸም፣ ቀጣይ ዓመታዊ እቅድ እና የለውጥ ስራዎች ምንነት እና እንደ ተቋም የተሰሩ ስራዎች ቀርበው ውይይት ተደርጎባቸዋል።

ዩኒቨርሲቲው በተለይ ከምርምር፣ ቴክኖሎጂ ፈጠራ እና ስርጭት፣ በማህበረሰብ ተሳትፎ እና ማህበራዊ ሃላፊነቶችን ከመወጣት አንጻር፣ ዓለማቀፋዊነት እና ዓለም አቀፍ ጉድኝት ስራዎች፣ ተቋማዊ አስተዳደር እና አመራርን በተመለከተ የተሰሩ ስራዎችን፣ ምቹ የስራ አካባቢን ከመፍጠር አንፃር የተሰሩ ስራዎችን በሰፊው ያቀረቡ ሲሆን በ 4 ግቦች እና 25 ዝርዝር ተግባራት የተደራጀውን የዩኒቨርሲቲውን ዓመታዊ እቅድ አፈፃፀምንም ለተቋሙ ሰራተኞች አቅርበዋል።
በውይይት መድረኩ ዩኒቨርሲቲው በ2018 በጀት ዓመት ያቀዳቸውን እቅዶች እና በተቋማዊ ለውጥ ምንነት እና የድሬዳዋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ከለውጥ ስራዎች አንፃር እየሰራ ያለውን ተግባራት ለሰራተኛው ቀርቧል።
