Работа прокси восстановлена, была допущена ошибка в конфигурации сети со стороны провайдера при плановых технических работах. Всем клиентам добавлено 12 часов компенсации.

The problem has now been resolved, and we are additionally configuring monitoring systems to respond promptly to similar situations in the future. As compensation, all ISP RCN IPv6 clients have been credited with 24 hours of additional time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
