From 25 Jan to 11 Feb, DBS/POSB customers will be able to obtain new and good-as-new notes at more locations across Singapore! Here’s an interactive map showing you where the 61 ATMs offering the notes are: https://go.dbs.com/3nvzqxl
If you plan to head to a branch to withdraw/exchange for new notes, remember to secure a slot via DBS’ online reservation system first.
Bearing in mind the Covid-19 safety measures in place, DBS/POSB will double the number of online reservation slots, with two timing windows. The reservation period will start on 18 Jan for the first window and 24 Jan for the second. Collection of new notes will then begin on 25 Jan and 1 Feb respectively.
