Congresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove condemned escalating settler violence in the West Bank, citing more than 3,200 Palestinians displaced and 76 killed this year.
She called for an end to settlement expansion, accountability for perpetrators, and immediate action by Israel, the U.S., and the international community, while reaffirming support for a two-state solution.
Amnesty International said Israel is escalating its illegal settlement expansion in the occupied West Bank by confiscating Palestinian land, including in Area A, which is under Palestinian Authority control.
Israeli authorities are advancing plans for 1,516 settlement units across the West Bank while completing administrative procedures to legalize three outposts, according to the Palestinian Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission.

Israeli Ceasefire Violations Persist as Forces Injure Palestinian

Israeli forces shot and injured a Palestinian in Al-Sudaniya, northwest of Gaza City, as they continued violating the ceasefire across the Strip.

They also opened fire and shelled areas in central Gaza, Khan Younis, and Rafah, while Israeli naval forces opened fire off the Khan Younis coast.
British Labour MP Chris Hinchliff said he has signed a letter backing the evacuation of women and children from Gaza, calling the Gaza genocide a “horrific crime against humanity” and stressing that “our values demand solidarity with the Palestinians.”
European Commissioner for Crisis Management Hadja Lahbib warns that Gaza is far behind on winter preparations, with 94% of people needing shelter and non-food items. She says rain could flood overcrowded sites with waste and sewage, stressing: “This is a race against time.”
