The future is being reshaped before our eyes: shifting economic centers, global environmental challenges, and rapid technological transformations demand new tools to understand and navigate the contemporary world. The Scuola di Eccellenza Unime 2026, "Where Is the Future Decided? From Geopolitics to AI: Futures Literacy Laboratory – UNESCO," offers exactly this: an interdisciplinary program combining geopolitics, sustainability, and artificial intelligence through interactive lectures with leading experts and immersive activities.

For one week in July, in the prestigious setting of Villa Pace in Messina, selected students will take part in a fully immersive experience: classes in the morning and activities in the local area in the afternoon. Students who meet the requirements will be provided with accommodation and meals, and at the end of the program they will receive a certificate of participation.

This is a valuable opportunity to stand out, broaden your global perspective, and develop key skills for the future, while engaging with an international network and exploring the most pressing issues shaping our world.

Si porta a conoscenza degli studenti interessati che, a partire dal 21 aprile, verrà avviato il corso Fortinet.
Il corso, giunto alla sua seconda edizione, si terrà in lingua italiana.
Il percorso formativo prevede 30 ore di lezione finalizzate al conseguimento della certificazione Fortinet; l’Università provvederà a fornire i voucher necessari per sostenere l’esame. Gli studenti che supereranno con successo la prova di certificazione otterranno 6 CFU, da inserire tra le attività formative di TAF D.
Si precisa che gli argomenti trattati nell’edizione di quest’anno sono diversi rispetto a quelli dello scorso anno; pertanto, potranno iscriversi anche gli studenti che hanno già conseguito la precedente certificazione.

[Security] Exam slot for the May special/extraordinary exam session (for eligible students only): Security exams will be held on 7 May 2026 at 14:00 CEST in LAB2 (SBA-2-2) on the second floor of the SBA building (in front of the refectory).

From 6 to 8 May 2026, Prof. Trinh Bao Ngoc from Hanoi University will deliver lectures on Human Computer Interaction, System Analysis & Design, Enterprise Information System.
