Generative AI Foundation-

-Design, develop, and maintain smart agents with human characteristics to assist users.
-Evaluate large language models (LLMs) and cutting-edge AI technologies to establish the AI foundation for Thrive360AI.
-Use Generative AI techniques like LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, few-shot examples, and RAG for faster and more efficient agents.
-Continuously improve technologies for anomaly detection and user notifications.
-Learn from users to build highly personalized agents that evolve over time.

Platform Development
-Build and optimize a multi-tenant, multi-agent AI platform at scale.
-Design and implement RESTful APIs to support mobile apps and B2B partners.
-Develop data foundations and pipelines for ML model training.

Integration & Deployment
-Implement CI/CD/CT pipelines to automate testing, building, and deploying AI products.
-Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deploy back-end AI services.

Collaboration & Optimization
-Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.
-Contribute to code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and uphold best practices.
-Monitor and optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability.

Quality Assurance
-Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability and stability.
-Work closely with QA teams for manual and automated testing.

🛠 Qualifications Education:
-Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:
-8+ years in backend and platform development.
-2+ years working with AI technologies.
-Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Skills:
-Expertise in large-scale platform development.
-Strong coding skills with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
-Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
-Problem-solving, debugging, and excellent teamwork.

Preferred:
-Experience with Generative AI technologies.
-Advanced ML model training expertise.
-Knowledge of integrating AI into mobile applications.
