Some data relevant to this counter factual: experiments that have people asses the guilt of defendants who are identical other than reported race find very little ingroup bias among whites, and a significant bias about 15x as large among blacks.

On lead and crime connection

-The relationship between lead exposure and crime in the published literature is driven by publication bias.

-The evidence that lead impacts IQs is very poor, with very little causal evidence being available on the subject.

Out of control welfare has stunted economic growth

"It used to be thought that mass migration was unambiguously good for the economy. Yet in Britain and other major European economies, the past 25 years have witnessed unprecedented levels of immigration and a significant slowdown in the rate of economic and productivity growth."

"A new study published by researchers at London's Natural History Museum and Institute of Philosophy, KU Leuven has reinforced the claim that Neanderthals and modern-day humans (Homo sapiens) must be classed as separate species in order to best track our evolutionary history."

"The study claims that if interbreeding was the final word in determining species status, then hundreds of distinct species of mammals and birds today would have their separate species status revoked and that without recognizing patterns in evolution and subsequent categorization, the question of when a species first appeared becomes more intractable."

Left-wing activist academics have spent decades arguing that Neanderthals were merely a subspecies of Homo sapiens โ€” a transparent distortion of human taxonomy to support their claim that no human subspecies (races) exist today. Nice to see some academic pushback against this nonsense.

Some facts about German immigrants and refugees
(Much of the data has been collected by Martin Motl):

- In 2019, 46% of all unemployed had a migration background, and 57% of those who are capable of work and entitled to benefits (cf. 23% of the overall population has a migration background). In 2013, the numbers were 36%, respectively 43%.
- On average, Syrian 8th-graders lag 5 school years behind their German contemporaries (it's even worse for Afghans, Somalis, and Eritreans).
- 70% of the migrants who came from countries affected by crises dropped out of an apprenticeship they started in Bavaria (cf. the dropout rate for natives and past migrants is 25%).
- 59% of the refugees have no or only rudimentary school education.
- In August 2019, only 14% of the people taking part in a literacy course managed to reach upper-intermediate competency.
- In 2019, 4 years after the onslaught of the refugee wave, 74.9 % of Syrian refugees still receive unemployment benefits (cf. 5% of people with a German passport receive the same benefits).
- Public spending on refugees currently amounts to 50-55 billion Euros per year. This does not take into account additional costs, such as higher rental prices due to the induced housing shortage.
- It is estimated that the overall burden for an average refugee over his lifetime will add up to at least 450,000 Euros.
- 19% of all prison inmates in Germany are Muslim while only representing 5-6% of the total population.
- The number of foreigners in pretrial detention in Germany increased by 26% from 2014 until 2017. Over the same period, the number of Germans in pretrial detention decreased by 8%.
- In 2018, foreigners, at about 11.5% of the German population, were 43% of the homicide suspects, 40.6% of the robbery suspects, 38.5% of the rape and sexual assault suspects, and 38.4% of the suspects when it comes to grievous bodily injury.
- Investigations related to sexual offenses have increased by 14.1% since 2017 (29% since 2016 but due to law reform in the same year this comparison is confounded). Investigations into drug-related crime have increased by 36.5% since 2012.
- In the age group of people between 18 and 29 years of age, male foreigners are 3.5 times as often suspects in cases of grievous bodily harm and 4.7 times as often in cases of murder than people with a German passport from the same age group.
- In the past 4 years, there have been 2,245 Islamist terror trials in Germany. One noteworthy case could have killed and hurt up to 27,000 people had it not been prevented.
- When it comes to domestic violence, 33% of the suspects in Germany are foreigners while only making up 12% of the population.
- In 2019, in the state of NRW, 39% of the suspects involved in knife crimes were foreigners (15% of the population) and 16% asylum seekers. Within 5 years, Thuringia, Hesse, and Baden-Wรผrttemberg experienced a 40% respectively 34% increase in knife crimes.
- When it comes to violent crime in general, the share of foreign suspects has increased by 35.1% since 2009. For homicide in particular, their share has increased by 54.5% since 2013.
- The religiosity of people with Turkish origin in Germany has increased by 26.9 percentage points from 56.7% to 83.6% between the years 2000 and 2017.
- ~66% of the Turkish youth in Germany approved of a Salafi Quran-distribution campaign in 2012 whereas >66% of older Turks (+50) disapproved of it.
- The share of the population with a migration background (they or at least one parent do not have German citizenship) has increased from 14% to 25.5% since 2005. 41% of the children under 5 years of age have a migration background.
